We are the shop at home division of Dalton Carpets Of Georgia, Inc. As the Internet age grows so does companies like ours. In an effort to provide our customers with Better Service and Better Pricing we have began doing business the way that allows us to achieve both.
Better Service is achieved by taking our samples to our customers. When selecting carpet, it just makes more sense to make your selection under your own lighting surrounded by your color schemes in your room. The biggest complaint that we used to get in the carpet business was customers saying, "this is not the color I selected in your store". In reality it was the color but colors look different under different lighting.
Better Pricing is obtained by lowering our overhead while at the same time providing the exact same product. No longer is it necessary for us to have the expense of a huge showroom. We now take samples to our customers. Lower overhead equals better pricing for our customers. However, for those customers that desire a showroom, we can accomodate you on a by-appointment-only basis.
Our Product comes from the top manufactures in the industry, Shaw and Mohawk. We run our crews out of two warehouse centers in Norcross, GA. We currently service the Atlanta Metro area.
